Membership Program Upgrade Notice

In our ongoing commitment to providing an unparalleled luxury experience, we are pleased to announce a comprehensive upgrade to our Membership Program, effective July 6, 2026. This update is designed to offer a more direct, transparent, and rewarding journey.
1. Upgraded Membership Privileges

| Birthday Celebration | HK$249 Cash Coupon | Valid upon a minimum spend of HK$499; issued during your birthday month. |
| Welcome Privilege | Up to HK$100 Cash Coupon | Valid upon a minimum spend of HK$699; issued upon successful membership registration. |
2. Transition Arrangements for Existing Points & Coupons
To ensure a seamless experience, your active account assets will be automatically adjusted as follows:
- Automatic Points Conversion: Starting July 6, 2026, your current points will be converted to the new system at a 5% ratio (Formula: 100 current points → 5 new points). As 1 new point equals HK$1, the total purchasing power of your points remains exactly the same.
- Validity of Issued Coupons: All active "Points Coupons", "Birthday Coupons", and "Welcome Coupons" already in your account will not be affected. Their face value and terms of use remain unchanged, and they can be redeemed as usual within their original validity period.
